We accept changes in size/color and returns, up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the purchase, please see below our simple instructions for the fastest possible attention:

We reserve the right not to send the change or not to proceed with returns in case of receiving a defective package (we shall receive it with the box, cloth bag, tissue paper or padding inside the shoes correctly placed).

Go to the Returns and Exchanges (link) section at www.flabelus.com and follow the instructions to choose the new model or make the return. Exchanges for models with higher or lower prices will be treated as if they were returns.

SPAIN RETURNS - Once you select the return option, you can send back to us your order with the parcel company of your choice to Hermosilla 35, Madrid 28001. The return costs fall on the customer and the amount to be returned will be made once the pair is received and verified, amounting to the total price of the order excluding shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL CHANGES - The first change of size/color is free. When you make your selection, you will have to enter the UPS reference of your original order at www.ups.com and once in your order account, click on the "return order" section to obtain your label and send the pair back to us. The new pair will be sent once we receive and verify the original pair.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - Once you select the return option, you can send back to us your order with the parcel company of your choice to Hermosilla 35, Madrid 28001. If preferred, you can also use our parcel company by entering the UPS reference of your original order at www.ups.com. Once in your order account, click on the "return order" section to obtain your label and send us the pair back.
