Flabelus collects the personal data provided by you directly through the different forms established on our website (name and surname, postal address, email address, phone number).

Additionally, the development of our contractual relationship generates a series of information such as transactional data (for example, information that you provide us about your purchase tickets, orders, returns, etc.), connection data and navigation through the different pages web, claims and incidents history. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. Taking into account the complexity and number of requests received, this period may be extended for a further two months if necessary, in which case Flabelus will inform you of such extensions within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.
