A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We provide estimated delivery times; Flabelus is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, strikes, or force majeure circumstances. Nothing in the foregoing shall limit the rights granted to consumer Customers under applicable law. 

Orders will be processed before 11:30. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next day, according to the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 15:30. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays. If you have an urgent request, you can contact us directly by email at hola@flabelus.com and we will try to resolve it. 

Estimated delivery times are as follows: 

For UK stock, main mainland zone, standard shipping has an estimated time of 1-2 working days and express 1 working day; Highlands and islands, standard 3-4 working days and express 1-2 working days. 

For stock from Spain, standard shipping has an estimated time of 5-7 days and express 1-2 working days. 

Risk passes to the customer upon receipt of the order by the customer or by a person designated by the customer.

It is very important that you take the following into account: 

• Courier agencies usually make 2 delivery attempts. If a delivery fails, you will receive an email where you can either change the delivery day or request that the order be left at a pick-up point.
• Orders usually remain at the pick-up point for one week at most, so we recommend that you collect your order as soon as possible. 

In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information, or the impossibility of contacting the recipient, we must apply a fee for returning the shipment to our warehouses. This fee covers the costs associated with the failed delivery attempt, as well as the logistics expenses incurred in the return process.
