RETURN & EXCHANGES

Orders for products from the outlet archive sale collection are non-returnable. You can only make an exchange of size or model.Once you receive your order, you have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund.


EXCHANGES

You can request an exchange from our returns and exchanges portal managed by Reveni. All you have to do is enter the order number and the email address with which the purchase was made and follow the instructions provided.
 

SUBMIT EXCHANGE

Exchanges offered by Flabelus can be requested from anywhere in the world. If there are any problems we will contact you. The different shipping methods available are indicated on this page a little further down, and are at the customer's expense.

Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error, we will take care of the cost of the change from the brand. To do this, you must contact hola@flabelus.com, putting your name and order number in the concept explaining what happened, and we will take care of it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES
You can request a return from our returns and exchanges portal managed by Reveni. All you have to do is enter the order number and the email address used to make the purchase and follow the instructions provided.

Returns can be requested from anywhere in the world. Once requested, the total amount of the product will be refunded to the indicated method minus the costs of sending the product back to the warehouse. The different shipping methods available are indicated on this page a little further down, and are the responsibility of the customer.

The time it takes for the total amount of the product to arrive will depend on the refund method selected:

  • Non-instant refund: can take up to 15 days - Your order has to arrive at our warehouse and we have to check it manually.
  • Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 10 seconds.
  • Instant refund to original payment method: depending on the method it can take between 1 and 3 days.
  • Instant Flabelus credit refund: takes 1 second.

Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error, we will take care of the cost of the return from the brand. To do this, you must contact hola@flabelus.com, putting your name and order number in the concept explaining what happened, and we will take care of it.

SHIPPING METHODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You can make the exchange/return in one of our physical shops or through the Reveni platform by depositing the package at the post office indicated.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • Returns Spain: 3,50€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
  • Exchanges Spain: 3,50€.
  • International Returns EU: 12€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
  • EU International Exchanges: 8€.
  • UK Returns: 14€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
  • UK exchanges: 10€.
  • Returns USA and Canada: 32€.
  • USA and Canada exchanges: 25€.
  • International returns outside EU: 32€.
  • International Exchanges outside EU: 25€.
