You have 15 natural days from the reception of your order to request an exchange or return of your Flabelus. The Outlet Archive Sale Collection does not admit returns, only style and size exchanges.
To make an exchange/return you have to follow the steps that we indicate in our Reveni returns and exchanges panel and send your order to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Remember that the products must be in good condition and be returned in their original box. Our socks collection is exempt from returns and exchanges.
- Access our Reveni returns and exchanges panel using your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Select the item you want to return as well as the reason for return and complete the process checking that all data is correct.
- Select one of the following return options.
a. Return in store.
b. Return by mail - Select a return method.
a. Store Credit: This option is a voucher for the value of your Flabelus with an extra 5% gift. This voucher is exclusive online.
b. Return by bank transfer.
c. Refund to the card associated with the order. - Once the process is completed, you will receive a return label that you will have to stick on the perfectly packed package and deposit it at the nearest post office indicated to you. If your order is returned in store you will only have to take your package there.
- Once we receive the return and it is reviewed and validated we will proceed to the corresponding refund by the selected method. This process can take between 7 and 10 days.
- Access our Reveni returns and exchanges panel using your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Select which item you want to change from your order and choose the new model or size of change. Complete the process by checking that all the information is correct.
- Select one of the following exchange options.
a. Exchange in store.
b. Exchange by mail - Once the process is finished you will receive a return label that you will have to stick on the perfectly packed package and deposit it in the nearest post office indicated to you. If you have opted for in-store exchange, you only have to deposit your order there and wait for the exchange to arrive at your home.
- Once we receive your exchange request our warehouse will begin to prepare your new exchange order so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
- Returns Spain: 3,50€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
- Exchanges Spain: 3,50€.
- International Returns EU: 12€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair. -
- International Exchanges EU: 8€.
- UK Returns: 14€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
- UK exchanges: 10€.
- Returns USA and Canada: 32€.
- Exchanges USA and Canada: 25€.
- International returns outside EU: 32€.
- International exchanges outside EU: 25€.
If you consider that you have received a product that is not in good condition you will have to send us an email to hola@flabelus.com indicating the order number or purchase receipt and attaching detailed photos of the damage as well as the sole and insole to verify the use. As soon as the quality department evaluates your case, we will contact you to give you the best solution.
If you have received an item that does not correspond to what you ordered or your order is incomplete, you have to send us an email to hola@flabelus.com indicating the order number or purchase receipt and attaching a photo of the item received along with the labeled box (when it is a model or size error) or a photo of the bag with the contents (if any item is missing). The order team will review what happened and we will send you your correct order as soon as possible.
