• The outside of the shoe is 100% cotton velvet, and the inside of the shoe is 100% organic cotton with anti-bacterial treatment.
• The sole is made of rubber produced from recycled bicycle tyres.

A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We offer estimated delivery times. In case of delays caused by the courier service, Flabelus customer service will help track the order but will not take responsibility.

Flabelus will carry on to the delivery of the products within the following hours, according to our working schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 18:30pm. No shipments will be made on weekends or bank holiday days. All orders will be processed before 12:30. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. Once you receive your order, you have 15 days since the moment the order was placed to request an exchange or refund.

You can request a return or exchange from our returns and exchanges portal managed by Reveni. You will only have to enter the order number and the email address used to make the purchase and follow the instructions indicated.products belonging to the archive sale are non-returnable.
