1. Seller identity and website operator 

These terms apply to purchases made through the UK online store. The seller is FLABELUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15178398, with its registered office at 167 Draycott Avenue, London, SW3 3AJ. Our UK VAT registration number is GB 453 1848 86. You can contact us at hola@flabelus.com. 

2. Geographical scope 

The UK store may accept orders from Northern Ireland. Orders between an EU Member State and Northern Ireland are not treated in the same way as imports into Great Britain. As a Customer, you will receive any information that may affect the cost of your order when placing it and before checkout. 

No amount will be charged to the Customer in addition to the price of the products and the total shipping cost shown at checkout. 

3. Ordering process 

No contract will exist in relation to any Product between the Customer and Flabelus until the Customer’s order is expressly accepted, regardless of whether payment has been received. If an order for any product is not accepted, the amount paid for that product will be refunded. 

Please note that the customer’s order constitutes an offer; the first email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance; the contract is formed when the dispatch email is sent to the Customer. 

If the order is split, acceptance may occur separately for each item dispatched. 

Any unavailable item will be refunded to the Customer. 

4. Prices, VAT and payment 

Prices are expressed in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. The customer also has information on delivery costs. 

We may prepare the order from the UK warehouse, from a warehouse in Spain, or both, depending on stock availability. The Customer is therefore informed that their order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different dates. 

All estimates and applicable delivery costs will be shown before you place your order, and we will provide tracking information for each parcel. This does not modify your contract with FLABELUS LTD or your statutory rights. No amount will be charged to you in addition to the total shown at checkout. 

5. Warehouse origin and split shipments 

In the case of split orders whose origin may differ (UK and/or Spanish warehouses), each item will be subject to the delivery time and cost corresponding to its place of preparation. 

6. Imports, customs duties and carrier charges 

Our prices include UK VAT where applicable. When products are shipped from outside the United Kingdom, FLABELUS LTD will arrange their import and will be responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs duty or clearance charges. The Customer will not have to act as importer or make any separate payment for import charges to customs or the carrier. If a carrier asks you for payment, do not pay it and contact us immediately at hola@flabelus.com.
